Naughty Medicine of Laughter

It is two o'clock in the morning and a husband and his wife are asleep when suddenly the phone rings. The husband picks up the phone and before he can say anything, some talking came from the other end of the line and the husband says "How the heck do I know - what am I, the weather man?" and promptly slams the phone down. His wife rolls over and asks, "Who was that?" The husband replies, "I don't know, it was some bloke who wanted to know if the coast was clear."

Three people walked by a strip bar they walked in, the first guy licks a 100 dollar bill and slaps it on one side of her butt. The next guy also, licks a 100 dollar bill and slaps it on the other side of her butt. The third guy walks in takes out a credit card swipes it through her butt and takes the 200 dollars.

A woman is picked up by Dennis Rodman in a bar. They like each other and she goes back with him to his hotel room. He removes his shirt revealing all his tattoos and she sees that on his arm is one which reads, "Reebok". She thinks that's a bit odd and asks him about it. Dennis says, "When I play basketball, the cameras pick up the tattoo and Reebok pays me for advertisement." A bit later, his pants are off and she sees "Puma" tattooed on his leg. He gives the same explanation for the unusual tattoo. Finally, the underwear comes off and she sees the word "AIDS" tattooed on his penis. She jumps back with shock. "I'm not going to do it with a guy who has AIDS!" He says, "It's cool baby, in a minute it's going to say "ADIDAS".

Little Red Riding Hood was on her way to see her grandmother in the forest. Her mother warned her "Don't walk through the forest, take the path, or else the Big Bad Wolf will catch you and suck your tits dry!" Little Red started towards her   grandmother's house but decided to take the shortcut through the forest anyway. The turtle stopped Little Red and warned her "Turn back and use the path, because if the Big Bad Wolf finds you, he'll suck your tits dry!" Little Red was almost there, so she kept going through the forest. Sure enough, the Big Bad Wolf jumps out of nowhere and tells her "Take off your shirt Little Red Riding Hood - I'm gonna suck your tits dry!!". "Oh no you don't", yells Little Red, as she pulls up her skirt, "You're gonna eat me just like the story says!"

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Two guys are drinking at a bar. The first says "Do you ever start thinking about something, and when you go to talk, you say something you don't mean?" The Second guy says "Yeah, I was at the airport buying plane tickets, and the chick behind the counter had these huge tits, and instead of asking her for 'two tickets to Pittsburgh' I asked for 'two tickets to Titsburgh' The First guy says, "Yeah, well I was having breakfast with my wife last week, and instead of saying 'Honey can you please pass me the sugar?', I said 'You've ruined my life you FUCKING BITCH'

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A guy is horny a hell - but broke. He goes to a whorehouse with $5.00, and begs the Madame to give him whatever she can for it. She says "I'm sorry, but that will only cover the rent for ten minutes, and none of my hookers work for free!" The guy gets the room, but has nothing to fuck. He looks out on the ledge of the building and sees a pigeon. Quietly, he opens the window, grabs the poor bird and just fucks the living shit out of it. Satisfied, he goes home.

Next week, he returns to the whorehouse, with his pay cheque. He says to the Madame, "I got lots of money now...give me a hooker!". The Madame replies "All of them are busy now, why don't you go to the peep show and get yourself in the mood?". The guy does, and is enjoying the show, when he turns to the guy next to him and says, "Hey, these chicks really know what they're doing huh?", The guy responds, "Yeah, but you should have been here last week, there was this guy fucking a pigeon!"

Lowered Age Of Consent

On the one hand, we want the age of consent to be lowered, and on the other, we treat virginity before marriage as sacred. We explore what gives.

While there's a clamour to reduce the age of consent from 18 to 16, thereby granting more sexual freedom to our youth, we are also witnessing the invasion of the marketplace by products that promise to tighten, whiten, and brighten it down there. Are we confused or what? What is it that we want? This is the land where the Kamasutra originated, so why are people so obsessed with virginity?

A city-based media professional, Divya K, says, "We are a nation of hypocrites and women are stupid for allowing a male-dominated ad world to tell them that having sex is not OK or that for some reason men want a tighter assets." She adds, "Indian males have always been insecure about the size of their member and perhaps, the size of their ego is the polar opposite of the size of their endowment."

DJ Tuhin Mehta has a different take on it: "People want to be young even as they grow older. Maybe they are just confused and are trying to be who they are not, or rather what they are not."

Perhaps the law makers need to be well-versed with the current scenario of the country before passing a law. Hair stylist Sangita Raj says, "People who make laws are ridiculous, and should think about what they would tell their children. In a country in which a four-year old can comfortably use an iPad, they should stop masking reality." Sangita feels that there is a generation gap now because young adults are progressive thinking. She says, "No one is going to care about a law that deals with matters hormonal, so kudos to lowering the age of consent."

Some think that we are a patriarchal society and the thinking reflects in the actions of the people. "Those who want to raise the age of consent and those who endorse women using virginity restoring products are both upholders of patriarchy. It is hypocrisy to sell a product to women telling them it will sexually empower them, but the question that should be asked is, better for whom? Does the woman really care?" asks Madhuri VK, a mother of two. Progressive, or regressive?

Model Rittvik Mudgal thinks that there is a disparity in thinking. He says, "It's funny that on one side they asking to lower down the age of consent and on the other hand, you have to be above 18 to watch mature movies. And as far as virginity products are concerned, I feel its all business. Human race has always been involved in innovations and giving new things to society be it highly useful or totally weird, so it's up to one to use such products or not."

Sangita too, echoes similar sentiments when she say, "I think that the products marketed for virginity are more for upkeep. I don't even understand the fuss about these products, just because they are about female genital; they are looked upon as sexual. What a product is used for is consumer's choice, you can use or abuse. So, here I fail to understand the target audience because it's probably for married women."

Entertainment professional, Rohit Barker sums it all up when he says, "I think we are hypocrites. We need a higher level of sex education in India, I see that completely lacking. One needs to be able to openly talk about sex because without proper knowledge it leads to complications and that is when we have thoughts like virginity is a virtue and so on."

The Best One-Night Stand of Your Life

Sex on the beach: Why settle for the drink when you can have the real thing? Your chances of a one-night stand might increase this summer, according to a recent UK survey finding that 40 percent of women under 30 said they’ve done the deed during vacation.

This isn’t a huge surprise. Inhibitions drop when you escape business attire, Microsoft Excel, and your overbearing boss for a week. Still, I find it disconcerting that women are often judged for such encounters, and sometimes regret the decision as a result.

Consider a Durham University study in which 80 percent of men rated their feelings after a one-night stand positively, compared to only 54 percent of women. What’s more, many of the women reported feeling “used.” Not shocking when you think about it. After all, “walk of shame” usually refers to a woman.

But if both parties are consenting, what’s so shameful?

“It’s the lock and key thing,” says one of my guy friends. “A woman who has casual sex is like a weak lock because she’ll open for anyone.” [Insert I’m-so-sick-of-this-analogy groan here.] “But a key [the man] that opens any lock is the master key.”

Translation: A woman is supposed to “stay strong” and resist temptation. And if she doesn’t? She’s flawed. Weak. (Can someone please demand a product recall on these completely inadequate locks?) Besides, should sex really be about breaking into something? (*Cough, slippery slope, cough.*)

Now, I know the majority of guys are respectful, but I’ve heard some variation of this “lock and key” analogy—even from friends, niceguys—way too many times. Not only is it a double standard, it’s stopping many of you from having truly amazing sex. Just imagine if a woman didn’t feel like she was “giving in,” doing something wrong, and actually started enjoying herself. Everyone would win.

The first step: Be respectful during your one-night stands—whether or not either of you wants a relationship. The more respectful men are, the more (and better) sex everyone will have. Here’s how.

While you’re hooking up

Be generous. No one really expects a one-night stand or first-time sex to be mind-blowing. You don’t need to be amazing—women know that there’s a lot of pressure on guys to perform—but you should try. It says that you care about her enjoyment, too . . . even if it’s only a one-time thing.

After the act

Talk to her. I don’t mean dirty talk (unless that’s what you’re into). I’m talking about a person-to-person conversation afterward. (If you’re too tired immediately after, do it the next morning.) It doesn’t need to be “sweet nothings,” and you don’t need to ask about her hopes and dreams—just something that indicates she’s more than a means for your pleasure. Maybe even cuddle. (Men like it, too.) What not to do: Roll over afterward, then point to the door the next morning.

Think of it this way: You both shared something—whether there were emotions involved or not. Respect the moment (and her)—even if you have no intention of seeing each other again.

The next morning

Be a gentleman. You don’t necessarily need to make a gourmet breakfast and walk her home. But if it’s raining in the morning, lend her an umbrella. If she left her jacket at the bar, lend her a sweatshirt. You get the idea. Trust me, being polite isn’t going to make her want a relationship if she doesn’t want one in the first place.

Long-term

Return to normalcy. Let’s say you were friends—and you don’t want anything more or less. Behave exactly as you did before hooking up. If you Gchat her everyday at work, then Gchat her everyday at work. It’s only weird and awkward if someone makes it weird and awkward. Don’t let it be you.

You may have noticed that the foundation of some of this advice is simple consideration for another human being. (I mean, you’d probably lend an umbrella to an acquaintance if he didn’t have one, right?) See, a funny thing happens when you see the woman in your bed, not as weak lock, but as—wait for it—a woman in your bed. Respect follows without a second thought—as will better, uninhibited sex.

Top 10 Qualities Of A Lover

An online dating service has released the top 10 qualities people value most in a lover and 10 things they don't care about.

Online matchmakers eHarmony conducted a survey of more than 700,000 people and found that an overwhelming majority rated friendship the most important trait (92 per cent for women and 82 per cent for men) in a relationship.

Good chemistry was rated next, followed by "enjoying the way my partner makes me feel".

"Physical closeness" was rated more highly than sexual compatibility - except for those aged between 35 and 39, who were more preoccupied with good sex than other age groups.

But what came out to be surprising was that many didn't care about how much a person smoked or drank, their age, personal beliefs and how educated they were when looking for a potential partner.

"(These results show) we're seeking true compatibility and personal connections and that despite what we may think and agonise over, habits and physical traits really don't account for much when it comes to finding a long term partner," News.com.au quoted eHarmony's Sarah Mason as saying.

"Australians don't completely ignore physical attributes like sexual compatibility, but ultimately it's not in the top 10.

"Men still tend to rank physical appearance and intimacy higher than women, but overall less than half of all respondents think physical appearance is an important quality in their partner," she said.

The ten most important qualities when looking for love

1. Friendship

2. Chemistry

3. Enjoying the way I feel around my partner

4. Being open about how he/she feels towards me

5. Personality

6. Kindness

7. Romantic attraction

8. Being able to talk about personal problems

9. Being able to discuss how I feel about him/her

10. Physical closeness

The ten least important qualities when looking for love

1. My partner's beliefs

2. The amount they smoke

3. Age

4. The amount they drink

5. Ethnicity

6. Height

7. Education

8. Income

9. Religion

10. Knowing they are to blame when things go wrong

Beer drinkers have sex on first date

Both men and women who enjoy a pint are 60 per cent more likely to sleep with someone early in a relationship, statistics show.

According to Christian Rudder, a Harvard graduate who set up dating website OKCupid, this applies to people of all sexual orientations.

After analysing the profiles and interactions of hundreds of millions of users, Rudder found that beer-drinking was the most useful indicator of whether people are likely to have casual sex, the Daily Mail reported.

Only the "beer test" works to predict a woman's possible interest in casual sex, according to the OKCupid data, but the site claimed these also work for men.

He also found the three questions that best predicted whether couples would actually go on to have a long-term relationship.

While many people thought the best questions to ask would be about someone's views on sex, smoking and God, he found that you could predict compatibility more than twice as well by asking these three questions:

1. Wouldn't it be fun to chuck it all and go live on a sailboat?

2. Do you like horror movies?

3. Have you ever travelled around another country alone?

The data suggests that compatibility on sensation-seeking may be even more important than more obvious compatibility testers such a date's opinion on religion, sex, and smoking, observed Psychology Today.

The mathematics graduate also looked at how a woman's way of describing her body correlates with self-confidence and sex drive.

He discovered that a woman's sex drive rises dramatically till her late 30s, then drops just as dramatically, whereas her self-confidence steadily rises with age.

Women who said they were "curvy" were more interested in sex, and more self-confident, than women who said they were "skinny" - a trend that applies across all ages.

His blog also contains graphs that show that women who don't like exercise are twice as likely to have trouble reaching the climax than women who do; that frequent tweeters have shorter real-life relationships than everyone else; and that people living in richer areas are more likely to want casual sex.

The Cute Student Counts the Apples

A teacher teaching Maths to seven-year-old Anil asked him, "If I give you one apple and one apple and one apple, how many apples will you have? "Within a few seconds Anil replied confidently, "Four!"

The dismayed teacher was expecting an effortless correct answer (three). She was disappointed. "Maybe the child did not listen properly," she thought. She repeated, "Anil, listen carefully. If I give you one apple and one apple and one apple, how many apples will you have?"

Anil had seen the disappointment on his teacher's face. He calculated again on his fingers. But within him he was also searching for the answer that will make the teacher happy. His search for the answer was not for the correct one, but the one that will make his teacher happy. This time hesitatingly he replied, "Four"

The disappointment stayed on the teacher's face. She remembered that Anil liked strawberries. She thought maybe he doesn't like apples and that is making him loose focus. This time with an exaggerated excitement and twinkling in her eyes she asked, "If I give you one strawberry and one strawberry and one strawberry, then how many you will have?"

Seeing the teacher happy, young Anil calculated on his fingers again. There was no pressure on him, but a little on the teacher. She wanted her new approach to succeed. With a hesitating smile young Anil enquired, "Three?"

The teacher now had a victorious smile. Her approach had succeeded. She wanted to congratulate herself. But one last thing remained. Once again she asked him, "Now if I give you one apple and one apple and one more apple how many will you have?"

Promptly Anil answered, "Four!"

The teacher was aghast. "How Anil, how?" she demanded in a little stern and irritated voice.

In a voice that was low and hesitating young Anil replied, "Because I already have one apple in my bag."

"When someone gives you an answer that is different from what you expect don't think they are wrong. There maybe an angle that you have not understood at all. You will have to listen and understand, but never listen with a predetermined notion."

Expert Advice for Safety of Women

8 Things Women Hate to Hear

1) What should a woman do if she finds herself alone in the company of a strange male as she prepares to enter a lift in a high-rise apartment late at night?

Experts Say: Enter the lift. If you need to reach the 13th floor, press all the buttons up to your destination. No one will dare attack you in a lift that stops on every floor.

2) What to do if a stranger tries to attack you when you are alone in your house, run into the kitchen.

Experts Say: You alone know where the chili powder and turmeric are kept. And where the knives and plates are. All these can be turned into deadly weapons. If nothing else, start throwing plates and utensils all over. Let them break. Scream. Remember that noise is the greatest enemy of a molester. He does not want to be caught.

3} Taking an Auto or Taxi at Night.

Experts Say: Before getting into an auto at night, note down its registration number. Then use the mobile to call your family or friend and pass on the details to them in the language the driver understands .Even if no one answers your call, pretend you are in a conversation. The driver now knows someone has his details and he will be in serious trouble if anything goes wrong. He is now bound to take you home safe and sound. A potential attacker is now your de facto protector!

4} What if the driver turns into a street he is not supposed to - and you feel you are entering a danger zone?

Experts Say: Use the handle of your purse or your stole (dupatta) to wrap around his neck and pull him back. Within seconds, he will feel choked and helpless. In case you don't have a purse or stole just pull him back by his collar. The top button of his shirt would then do the same trick.

5} If you are stalked at night.

Expert Say: enter a shop or a house and explain your predicament. If it is night and shops are not open, go inside an ATM box. ATM centers always have security guards. They are also monitored by close circuit television.

Fearing identification, no one will dare attack you.

After all, being mentally alert is the greatest weapon you can ever have.

Please spread it to all those women u care & spread awareness as this is the least we can do for a social & moral cause and for d safety of women.

Because I Never Take a Risk

I never take risk while drinking
When I come from office in the evening, wife is cooking
I can hear the noise of utensils in the kitchen
I stealthily enter the house
Take out the bottle from my black cupboard
Shivaji Maharaj is looking at me from the photo frame
But still no one is aware of it
Becoz I never take a risk

I take out the glass from the rack above the old sink
Quickly enjoy one peg
Wash the glass and again keep it on the rack
Of course I also keep the bottle inside my cupboard
Shivaji Maharaj is giving a smile
I peep into the kitchen
Wife is cutting potatoes
No one is aware of what I did
Becoz I never take a risk

I: Any news on chopra's daughter's marriage
Wife: Nope, she doesn't seem to be that lucky. Still they are looking out for her
I again come out; there is a small noise of the black cupboard
But I don't make any sound while taking out the bottle
I take out the glass from the old rack above sink
Quickly enjoy one peg
Wash the bottle and keep it in the sink
Also keep the Black Glass in the cupboard
But still no one is aware of what I did
Becoz I never take a risk

I: But still I think chopra's daughter's age is not that much
Wife: What are you saying? She is 28 yrs old... like an aged horse
I: (I forgot her age is 28) Oh Oh...
I again take out potatoes out from my black cupboard
But the cupboard's place has automatically changed
I take out the bottle from the rack and quickly enjoy one peg in the sink
Shivaji Maharaj laughs loudly
I keep the rack in the potatoes & wash Shivaji Maharaj's photo & keep it in the black cupboard
Wife is keeping the sink on the stove
But still no one is aware of what I did
Becoz I never take a risk

I: (getting angry) you call Mr. chopra a horse? If you say that again, I will cut your tongue...!
Wife: Don't just blabber something, go out and sit quietly...
I take out the bottle from the potatoes
Go in the black cupboard and enjoy a peg
Wash the sink and keep it over the rack
Wife is giving a smile
Shivaji Maharaj is still cooking
But still no one is aware of what I did
Becoz I never take a risk

I: (laughing) So chopra is marrying a horse!!
Wife: Hey go and sprinkle some water on your face...
I again go to the kitchen, and quietly sit on the rack
Stove is also on the rack
There is a small noise of bottles from the room outside
I peep and see that wife is enjoying a peg in the sink
But none of the horses are aware of what I did
Becoz Shivaji Maharaj never takes a risk
chopra is still cooking
And I am looking at my wife from the photo and laughing
Becoz I never take........what???

Women Make Sounds To Help Men Climax

A new study from the University of Central Lancashire has revealed that the noise a woman might make during sex does not often correspond with her climax but may have to do with her partner.

It found a woman's copulatory vocalisations' are made most often before her climax or during her partner's.

The findings were based on analysis of 71 women with an average age of 22.

The study aimed to identify whether a woman's vocal expressions during sex were triggered by climax or occurred independently.

Most women polled said they reached climax during initial sex activities, but were most likely to vocalise their enjoyment during their partner's.

The researchers believe the reason for this discrepancy is that women are manipulating male behaviour to their advantage .

These data together clearly demonstrate a dissociation of the timing of women experiencing their climax and making sex vocalisations and indicate that there is at least an element of these responses that are under conscious control, providing women with an opportunity to manipulate male behaviour to their advantage, the Daily Mail quoted the researchers as writing.

Another suggestion is that women are conforming to an idealised sexual script'.

Women appear to vocalize during sex not to express their own enjoyment so much as to help the man reach climax, Dr John Grohol, founder of website Psych Central, said.

Maybe these vocalizations are a part of that idealized sexual script, or at least done in response to what women believe their male partner wants, he added.

The Growing Trend of Sexting

You might have heard the word “Sexting” if you are not doing it yourself. Its A growing trend among youngsters to take and share indecent photos through mobile phones is a matter of grave concern.

Two major surveys involving more than 3,000 children suggest that four out of ten have received or seen an indecent image via a mobile, reports the Daily Mail .

Professor Andy Phippen helped draw up one of those surveys. When he spoke to groups of adolescents in schools, he said, the term ‘sexting’ met with blank faces.

“But when I described what it was,” he added, “these youngsters, aged 14 to 16, said: “Oh that, yeah, it happens all the time.”

A serving police officer seconded to the survey, Alan Earl, has given talks in scores of secondary schools about the dangers of children swapping explicit photographs of themselves.

“Boys ask girls to take pictures of themselves without any clothes, and the girls do it to please them. Not all girls, but those who have boyfriends: they think their pictures are not going to be shown.”

“After my talk, at almost every school, a teacher will approach me and confide that they’ve already had to deal with an incident like those I’ve described,” Earl added.

More typically, such images sent around phones are static poses, usually of girls standing up or lying down.

“It is girlfriend/boyfriend stuff, but then the relationship breaks down and the boy sends the pictures on,” said Alan Earl.

Certainly, children are growing up in an increasingly sexualised world, but the ease with which these images can be spread among a peer group is terrifying.

What A Real Woman Wants

In a brief conversation, a man asked a woman he was pursuing the question:
“What kind of man are you looking for?”

She sat quietly for a moment before looking him in the eye & asking, ‘Do
you really want to know?’
Reluctantly, he said,”Yes.”

She began to expound…

“As a woman in this day & age, I am in a position to
ask a man what can you do for me that I can’t do for myself?
I pay my own bills. I take care of my household without the help of any
man…or woman for that matter.
I am in the position to ask, ‘What can you bring to the table?’”

The man looked at her. Clearly he thought that she was referring to money.

She quickly corrected his thought & stated, “I am not referring to money.
I need something more.
I need a man who is striving for excellence in every aspect of life.”
He sat back in his chair, folded his arms, & asked her to explain.
She said, “I need someone who is striving for excellence mentally because I
need conversation & mental stimulation. I don’t need a simple-minded man.

I need someone who is striving for excellence spiritually because I don’t
need to be unequally yoked…believers mixed with unbelievers is a recipe
for disaster.

I need a man who is striving for excellence financially because I don’t
need a financial burden.

I need someone who is sensitive enough to understand what I go through as a
woman, but strong enough to keep me grounded.

I need someone who has integrity in dealing with relationships. Lies and
game-playing are not my idea of a strong man.

I need a man who is family-oriented. One who can be the leader and
provider to the lives entrusted to him by God.

I need someone whom I can respect. In order to be submissive, I must
respect him.

I cannot be submissive to a man who isn’t taking care of his business. I
have no problem being submissive…he just has to be worthy.

And by the way, I am not looking for him…He will find me. He will
recognize himself in me. Hey may not be able to explain the connection,
but he will always be drawn to me. God made woman to be a help-mate for
man. I can’t help a man if he can’t help himself.”

When she finished her spill, she looked at him.

He sat there with a puzzled look on his face. He said,”You are asking a
lot.”

She replied, “I’m worth a lot”.

The Art of Giving

The Art of Giving
"Rivers do not drink their own water, nor do tree eat their own fruit, nor do rain clouds eat the grains reared by them. The wealth of the noble is used solely for the benefit of others!

Even after accepting that giving is good and that one must learn to give, several questions need to be answered.

The first question is:
When should one give?
We all know the famous incident from Mahabharat.
Yudhisthir asks a beggar seeking alms to come the next day. On this, Bhim rejoices that Yudhisthir his brother, has conquered death! For he is sure that he will be around the next day to give. Yudhisthir gets the message.
One does not know really whether one will be there tomorrow to give!
The time to give therefore is now.

The next question is:
'How much to give?'

One recalls the famous incident from history.
Rana Pratap was reeling after defeat from the Moghals. He had lost his army, he had lost his wealth, and most important, he had lost hope, his will to fight. At that time, in his darkest hour, his erstwhile minister, Bhamasha, came seeking him and placed his entire fortune at the disposal of Rana Pratap. With this, Rana Pratap raised an army and lived to fight another day.
The answer to this question how much to give is:
"Give as much as one can!

The next question is:
'What to give?'
It is not only money that can be given away. It could be a flower or even a smile.

It is not how much one gives but how one gives that really matters. When you give a smile to a stranger that may be the only good thing received by him in days and weeks!

"You can give anything but you must give with all your heart!"
One also needs answer to this question  whom to give?
Many times we avoid giving by finding fault with the person who is seeking. However, being judgmental and rejecting a person on the presumption that he may not be the most deserving is not justified.

"Give without being judgmental!"

Next we have to answer:
'How to give?'
Coming to the manner of giving, one has to ensure that the receiver does not feel humiliated, nor the giver feels proud by giving.

In giving, follow the advice 'Let not your left hand know what your right hand gives? Charity without publicity and fanfare is the highest form of charity.'

'Give quietly!'

While giving, let not the recipient feel small or humiliated. After all, what we give never really belonged to us. We come to this world with nothing and will go with nothing. The thing gifted was only with us for a temporary period. Why then take pride in giving away something which really did not belong to us?
Give with grace and with a feeling of gratitude.

"What should one feel after giving?"
We all know the story of Eklavya. When Dronacharya asked him for his right thumb as "Guru Dakshina, he unhesitatingly cut off the thumb and gave it to Dronacharya.
There is a little known sequel to this story.
Eklavya was asked whether he ever regretted the act of giving away his thumb. He replied, and the reply has to be believed to be true, as it was asked to him when he was dying.

His reply was "Yes! I regretted this only once in my life. It was when Pandavas were coming in to kill Dronacharya who was broken hearted on the false news of death of his son, Ashwathama, and had stopped fighting. It was then that I regretted the loss of my thumb. If the thumb was there, no one could have dared hurt my Guru?

The message to us is clear.
Give and never regret giving!

And the last question is:
'How much should we provide for our heirs?'
Ask yourself 'are we taking away from them the gift of work? - A source of happiness?
The answer is given by Warren Buffett:
"Leave your kids enough to do anything, but not enough to do nothing!"

I would conclude by saying:
Let us learn the Art of Giving,
and quoting the Saint Kabir:
"When the wealth in the house increases, when water fills a boat, throw them out with both hands!"
This is the wise thing to do!

A man was walking down a deserted Mexican beach at sunset. As he walked along he began to see another man in the distance.

As he grew nearer he noticed that the local native kept leaning down, picking something up, and throwing it out into the water. Time and again he kept hurling things out into the ocean.

As our friend approached even closer he noticed that the man was picking up starfish that had washed up onto the beach, and one at a time, he was throwing them back into the ocean.

The first man was puzzled. He approached the man and said, "Good Evening Friend, I was wondering what are you doing?" And he replied, "I'm throwing these starfish back into the ocean. You see, it's low tide right now and all these starfish have been washed up onto the shore. If I don't throw them back into the sea, they will die from the lack of oxygen."
"I understand," my friend replied "but there must be thousands of starfish on this beach and you couldn't possibly get to all of them. There are simply too many and don't you realize that this is happening on hundreds of beaches up and down this coast ... can't you see that that you can't possibly make a difference?

The local native smiled, bent down, picked up yet another starfish ... and as he threw it back out into the sea, he replied, "It made a difference to that one!" label: Short story

You may feel like you cannot make a difference in the world today, but you CAN make a difference in one life at a time.

-Never underestimate your own efforts. You too could make a difference.
-Don't ask what the world could do for you, seek what you could do to the world

10 romance tips for men, by Miranda Kerr

Australian model Miranda Kerr has offered men ten tips on how they can have romantic harmony with their partners and continue doing so.

Kerr, 27, told men’s lifestyle website AskMen.com that usually it is the little things that count, and that no matter what, they should at all times be themselves and pay attention to their partner’s needs.

She also said that staying healthy, showing affection and a willingness to pamper are also attractive qualities in the eyes of the fairer sex.

“In my experience, it is the random small gestures that I find the most romantic,” the Sydney Morning Herald quoted her as telling the website.

“It could be something as simple as making me a cup of tea or being given a foot massage while we are watching a movie at home after a long day at work.

If more men made an effort to do these little things for their partner throughout their everyday life they would be guaranteed to have a more romantic relationship,” she added.

Kerr’s 10 romance tips :

1. Treat her like a goddess
2. Pamper her

Ways to Improve Your Body Language

Here is just a few of many pointers on how to improve your body language. Improving your body language can make a big difference in your people skills, attractiveness and general mood.

There is no specific advice on how to use your body language. What you do might be interpreted in several ways, depending on the setting and who you are talking to. You'll probably want to use your body language differently when talking to your boss compared to when you talk to a girl/guy you're interested in. These are some common interpretations of body language and often more effective ways to communicate with your body.

First, to change your body language you must be aware of your body language. Notice how you sit, how you stand, how you use you hands and legs, what you do while talking to someone.
You might want to practice in front of a mirror. Yeah, it might seem silly but no one is watching you. This will give you good feedback on how you look to other people and give you an opportunity to practise a bit before going out into the world.

Another tip is to close your eyes and visualize how you would stand and sit to feel confident, open and relaxed or whatever you want to communicate. See yourself move like that version of yourself. Then try it out.

You might also want observe friends, role models, movie stars or other people you think has good body language. Observe what they do and you don't. Take bits and pieces you like from different people. Try using what you can learn from them.

Some of these tips might seem like you are faking something. But fake it til you make it is a useful way to learn something new. And remember, feelings work backwards too. If you smile a bit more you will feel happier. If you sit up straight you will feel more energetic and in control. If you slow down your movements you'll feel calmer. Your feelings will actually reinforce your new behaviours and feelings of weirdness will dissipate.
In the beginning easy it's to exaggerate your body language. You might sit with your legs almost ridiculously far apart or sit up straight in a tense pose all the time. That's ok. And people aren't looking as much as you think, they are worrying about their own problems. Just play around a bit, practice and monitor yourself to find a comfortable balance.

1. Don't cross your arms or legs – You have probably already heard you shouldn't cross your arms as it might make you seem defensive or guarded. This goes for your legs too. Keep your arms and legs open.

2. Have eye contact, but don't stare – If there are several people you are talking to, give them all some eye contact to create a better connection and see if they are listening. Keeping too much eye-contact might creep people out. Giving no eye-contact might make you seem insecure. If you are not used to keeping eye-contact it might feel a little hard or scary in the beginning but keep working on it and you'll get used to it.

3. Don't be afraid to take up some space – Taking up space by for example sitting or standing with your legs apart a bit signals self-confidence and that you are comfortable in your own skin.

4. Relax your shoulders – When you feel tense it's easily winds up as tension in your shoulders. They might move up and forward a bit. Try to relax. Try to loosen up by shaking the shoulders a bit and move them back slightly.

5. Nod when they are talking – nod once in a while to signal that you are listening. But don't overdo it and peck like Woody Woodpecker.

6. Don't slouch, sit up straight – but in a relaxed way, not in a too tense manner.

7. Lean, but not too much – If you want to show that you are interested in what someone is saying, lean toward the person talking. If you want to show that you're confident in yourself and relaxed lean back a bit. But don't lean intoo much or you might seem needy and desperate for some approval. Or lean back too much or you might seem arrogant and distant.

8. Smile and laugh – lighten up, don't take yourself too seriously. Relax a bit, smile and laugh when someone says something funny. People will be a lot more inclined to listen to you if you seem to be a positive person. But don't be the first to laugh at your own jokes, it makes you seem nervous and needy. Smile when you are introduced to someone but don't keep a smile plastered on your face, you'll seem insincere.

9. Don't touch your face – it might make you seem nervous and can be distracting for the listeners or the people in the conversation.

10. Keep you head up – Don't keep your eyes on the ground, it might make you seem insecure and a bit lost. Keep your head up straight and your eyes towards the horizon.

11. Slow down a bit – this goes for many things. Walking slower not only makes you seem more calm and confident, it will also make you feel less stressed. If someone addresses you, don't snap you're neck in their direction, turn it a bit more slowly instead.

12. Don't fidget – try to avoid, phase out or transform fidgety movement and nervous ticks such as shaking your leg or tapping your fingers against the table rapidly. You'll seem nervous and fidgeting can be a distracting when you try to get something across. Declutter your movements if you are all over the place. Try to relax, slow down and focus your movements.

13. Use your hands more confidently – instead of fidgeting with your hands and scratching your face use them to communicate what you are trying to say. Use your hands to describe something or to add weight to a point you are trying to make. But don't use them to much or it might become distracting. And don't let your hands flail around, use them with some control.

14. Lower your drink – don't hold your drink in front of your chest. In fact, don't hold anything in front of your heart as it will make you seem guarded and distant. Lower it and hold it beside your leg instead.

15. Realise where you spine ends – many people (including me until recently) might sit or stand with a straight back in a good posture. However, they might think that the spine ends where the neck begins and therefore crane the neck forward in a Montgomery Burns-pose. Your spine ends in the back of your head. Keep you whole spine straight and aligned for better posture.

16. Don't stand too close –one of the things we learned from Seinfeld is that everybody gets weirded out by a close-talker. Let people have their personal space, don't invade it.

17. Mirror – Often when you get along with a person, when the two of you get a good connection, you will start to mirror each other unconsciously. That means that you mirror the other person's body language a bit. To make the connection better you can try a bit of proactive mirroring. If he leans forward, you might lean forward. If he puts hands in pocket, you might do the same. But don't react instantly and don't mirror every change in body language. Then weirdness will ensue.

18. Keep a good attitude – last but not least, keep a positive, open and relaxed attitude. How you feel will come through in your body language and can make a major difference. For information on how make yourself feel better read 10 ways to change how you feel and for relaxation try A very simple way to feel relaxed for 24 hours.

You can change your body language but as all new habits it takes a while. Especially things like keeping you head up might take time to correct if you have spent thousands of days looking at your feet. And if you try and change to many things at once it might become confusing and feel overwhelming.

Take a couple of these body language bits to work on every day for three to four weeks. By then they should have developed into new habits and something you'll do without even thinking about it. If not, keep on until it sticks. Then take another couple of things you'd like to change and work on them.

Two Women chatting in office.
Woman 1: I had a fine evening, how was yours?

Woman 2: It was a disaster.. My husband came home, ate his dinner in 3 minutes and fell a sleep. How was yours ?

Woman 1: Oh it was amazing! My husband came home and took me out for a romantic dinner. After dinner we walked for an hour.. When we came home he lit the candles around the house. It was like a fairy tale!

At the same time, their husbands are talking at work.
Husband 1: How was your evening ?

Husband 2: Great... I came home, dinner was on the table, I ate and fell asleep. What about you ?

Husband 1: It was horrible. I came home, there's no dinner, they cut the electricity because I forgot to pay the bill; so I took her out for dinner which was so expensive that i didn't had money left for a cab. We walked home which took an hour and when we got home I remembered there was no electricity so I had to light candles all over the house!!

Moral: Presentation does matter... No matter what the reality is.
